This transition has resulted in a significant backlog of specifications that require conversion to a new format, as well as the creation and maintenance of a structured framework to accommodate these specifications.\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated team to lead this migration and oversee the establishment of a robust foundation in the new requirements system, JAMA, over the next 12-18 months. The project encompasses three main components: 1. Legacy Conversion: Converting old specifications to the new atomic format in JAMA 2. JAMA Structure Creation: Establishing placeholders and managing the structure within JAMA. 3. Requirement Review: Ensuring adherence to base standards and ongoing maintenance of requirements. Furthermore, the team is expected to function as a Scrum team, comprising 8-10 members at maximum, with a designated Product Owner responsible for managing daily activities and escalating any blockers or issues to the Ford team for assistance.
