From that point forward, we strive to deliver results that are expected by our clients.\n\nThe Woodbridge Office in Iselin, NJ is looking for a General Liability Paralegal to join our growing team.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\nMust be able to independently prepare subpoena, review and summarize discovery responses and medical records completely.\n\nSchedule, notice, confirm, gather and produce all records related to Independent Medical Examinations, calendar relevant deadlines with strong follow up skills.\n\nDraft motions to compel, sanctions, for extraordinary relief and motions to enforce subpoenas.\n\nPerform verdict searches, docket searches, social media and background searches.\n\nPosition Requirements:\n\nMust have a paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience as a New York defense paralegal required.\n\nMust have experience working both NJ and NY cases; experience using NY NYCHA/E-track filing system, NJ ECourts and PACER preferred.\n\nExperience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability preferred.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.\n\nMust be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.\n\nCipriani & Werner P.C. offers a comprehensive benefit package.
