This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of member materials and compliance with government regulations tied to Medicare pharmacy programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and distribute member materials including ANOC (Annual Notice of Change) and EOC (Evidence of Coverage). Ensure all communications meet regulatory, compliance, and submission timelines. Work extensively with Word documents and PDF communications to align with governance standards. Support Medicare pharmacy claims processing and reporting requirements. Perform data entry and documentation management with high accuracy. Coordinate across teams to ensure deadlines and compliance benchmarks are consistently met. Required Qualifications3+ years of relevant experience in Medicare, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare operations. Strong understanding of Medicare pharmacy processes and compliance requirements. Experience with reporting, documentation, and data entry. Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree). Preferred QualificationsExperience with member materials (ANOC/EOC). Exposure to pharmacy benefit management (PBM) environments.
