This role is responsible for packaging, sequencing, testing, and deploying Windows applications across non-persistent VDI environments, virtual machines, and thick clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nApplication Packaging & Sequencing: Develop, sequence, test, and maintain virtualized mission applications with complex dependencies, plugins, and advanced graphics requirements.\n\nProfile & Persistence Management: Identify user settings (registry keys, AppData, configuration files) to ensure seamless persistence across non-persistent VDI sessions.\n\nVDI Infrastructure & Operations: Troubleshoot, configure, and performance-tune Citrix, VMware, and VDI application delivery platforms; support backup, DR, and COOP capabilities.\n\nAutomation & Security: Leverage PowerShell and scripting tools to automate packaging workflows. Analyze, test, and deploy security patches per program guidelines.\n\nCollaboration & Documentation: Work with application testers and mission SMEs to resolve compatibility issues.
