This role operates at the center of the General & Administrative (G&A) leadership team and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex, fast-moving priorities in a public company environment.\r\nThis role is based in SF with a minimum of two in-office work days at our SF Headquarters office.\r\nWhat You Get To Do Everyday\r\nManage and organize executives complex and demanding calendars\r\nBe a calendar gatekeeper, fielding internal and external scheduling requests and providing recommendations that are aligned with your executives' priorities\r\nCollaborate with your fellow internal executive support team and senior leadership, helping to coordinate meetings, speaking engagements, logistics, and changing plans\r\nPlan and coordinate team all-hands meetings, internal events, leadership meetings, offsites, and all logistical and budget requirements related to the above\r\nPlan and coordinate meetings with external stakeholders including and not limited to Shareholder meetings, Audit Committee meetings and discussions with company auditors, bankers, legal counsel and other external advisors\r\nPlan and coordinate travel including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, and itineraries\r\nProactively develop relationships with key internal partners, gaining recognition as a team resource and go-to person for office related questions\r\nManage contracts, NDAs, vendor paperwork, and invoice tracking as needed.\r\nOrganize and maintain secure document management systems.\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\n7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a public company environment.\r\nExperience supporting at least one of the following: CFO, CHRO, CLO, or General Counsel.\r\nStrong understanding of public company governance, SEC reporting timelines, and board processes.\r\nDemonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information\r\nExperience supporting multiple executives simultaneously preferred\r\nExperience in investor relations coordination preferred\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Google suite and collaboration tools\r\nYou have a genuine passion for providing outstanding hospitality and support\r\nYou have the ability to act in ambiguity and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks\r\nYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence\r\nYou demonstrate the ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of those you support\r\nYou know how to prioritize, multitask, and stay incredibly organized\r\nYou have the ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations\r\nYou have the ability to deliver and complete tasks against multiple projects and deadlines, while having a strong attention to detail and follow up\r\nCompensation, Benefits, + Perks\r\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\r\n401K with Company Match\r\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance\r\nPaid Parental Leave\r\n9 Paid Company Holidays\r\nFlexible Time Off (With Manager Approval)\r\nFind out more about our Benefits here.\r\nThe expected salary range for this role is $120,000.00-$155,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
