This is a long-term freelance opportunity where you’ll play a key role in shaping, configuring, and optimising Kinaxis solutions for a dynamic international environment.You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate supply chain requirements into effective Kinaxis configurations.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support functional design workshops with business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into Kinaxis solution design and configurationConfigure and optimise modules across:Demand planningSupply planningInventory managementDefine and implement what-if scenarios to support decision-makingCollaborate with technical teams on data integration and validationSupport UAT cycles, issue resolution, and go-live activitiesProvide end-user training and documentationContinuously identify opportunities for process and system improvements🧠 What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Functional Kinaxis ConsultantStrong understanding of supply chain planning processesHands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro configurationAbility to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutionsExperience working in complex, international environmentsComfortable working in a hybrid setup (on-site + remote)Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)Background in industries like manufacturing, pharma, or high-techPrevious involvement in end-to-end Kinaxis implementations💼 What’s on OfferLong-term freelance contract with stabilityOpportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmesFlexible hybrid working (2–3 days on-site in Belgium)Collaborative and international team environment👋 Interested?If you’re a hands-on Kinaxis expert who enjoys working closely with the business and making a real impact on supply chain performance, we’d love to hear from you
