In this full-time, on-site role based in the United States, the Document Controller will oversee the intake, tracking, and distribution of documents such as contracts, design drawings, specifications, permits, reports, and meeting minutes. Daily tasks include maintaining document control systems, ensuring proper version control, updating logs and registers, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to obtain and disseminate project information. The role also involves enforcing document control procedures and standards, monitoring compliance with filing and naming conventions, and supporting audits and reviews by providing complete and organized records.
