This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in enterprise application implementations, business process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and UAT support.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.\nFacilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions.\nDevelop process maps, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.\nAnalyze current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.\nConduct gap analysis and assess business impacts, risks, dependencies, and solution alignment.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation.\nAssess stakeholder impacts and support change management and adoption activities.\nHelp shape business and technology strategies by evaluating business value, operational needs, and technical capabilities.\nDocument business architecture components including processes, roles, information flows, and organizational impacts.\nKyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise application implementations.\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT coordination.\nExcellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams.\nKnowledge of the ADOT MVD MAX Solution .\nExperience bridging business and IT functions to deliver successful business outcomes.\nMust be based in the United States.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting government or public sector technolgy initiatives.\nExperience with writing technical user stories, understanding API technologies.\nVehicle related business knowledge.\nFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nCBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar Business Analysis certification preferred.\nThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $115,080 to $218,520based on a full-time schedule.\nYour actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.\nThere is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:\nCalifornia (San Francisco Bay Area): $138,120 to $262,320\nCalifornia (All Other): $126,600 to $240,480\nColorado: $115,080 to $218,520\nMassachusetts: $115,080 to $240,480\nNew York City: $138,120 to $262,320\nWashington: $126,600 to $240,480\nWashington DC: $126,600 to $240,480\n\nThis position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
