In addition to strong technical expertise, this role requires exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users, project managers, architects, QA teams, and production support teamsKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle database objects, including:\r\nPL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers\r\nTables, views, indexes, and materialized views\r\nPerformance tuning and query optimization\r\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\r\nPerform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.\r\nCreate technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and deployment plans.\r\nSupport application releases, code promotions, and change management activities.\r\nEnsure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards.\r\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.\r\nFacilitate requirement-gathering sessions and design reviews.\r\nClearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\r\nProvide status updates, risks, and dependencies to management.\r\nCollaborate with QA, developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver solutions on schedule.\r\nDocument solutions thoroughly and maintain high quality technical documentation.\r\nParticipate in client meetings and confidently present technical recommendations.\r\nRequired Technical Skills\r\nOracle Database (12c/19c or later)\r\nAdvanced PL/SQL development\r\nSQL performance tuning\r\nData modeling and database design\r\nVersion control tools (Git, Bitbucket)\r\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise applications\r\nDevelop high-performance PL/SQL code optimized for Oracle Exadata environments.\r\nLeverage Oracle Exadata features such as Smart Scan, Hybrid Columnar Compression (HCC), Storage Indexes, and Parallel Query to improve database performance.\r\nCompensationHourly Rate:63$-65$ per hour\r\nThis range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.Benefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)About UsAt Collabera, we don't just offer job s-we build careers.
