Translate nuanced project and program requirements into concise PowerPoint presentations, technical memoranda, executive summaries, and leadership briefings that clearly communicate project status, schedule health, emerging concerns, and key decision points.\nOwn dashboard-driven portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders. Use Excel, Power BI, and available project databases to organize, validate, and transform portfolio data into concise tables, dashboards, and executive-level reporting products. Maintain reporting tools that track program progress, highlight schedule risk, and support timely Government decision-making.\nLead internal documentation efforts to inform policies, procedures, and best practices. Contribute to SOPs, lessons learned, post-occupancy reports, and continuous improvement documentation.\nMonitor Cost and Earned Value Metrics. Support project performance evaluations using EVM, trend analysis, and cost reporting. Review and communicate schedule/cost variances with stakeholders.\nSupport Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Acquisition Tasks. Assist the Government in developing and reviewing PWS and RFP templates, and standard operating procedures. Gather background data and help document requirements.\nSupport Technical Reviews and Risk Assessments. Evaluate project risk registers and mitigation plans for consistency across the portfolio. Assist with the identification of risk escalation to the appropriate stakeholder. Support development of risk mitigation strategies.\nProvide tactful, informal mentoring and support to project team members by recognizing development needs, sharing relevant knowledge, and helping others improve performance without creating unnecessary friction or undermining established reporting relationships.\nOffer ideas and recommendations with confidence, humility, and appropriate timing, grounding advice in available facts, project data, professional experience, and program context rather than unsupported opinion.\nServe as a strategic interface between construction execution and program-level reporting. Synthesize site-level activity, nuanced stakeholder requirements, competing priorities, and emerging risks into clear executive deliverables, briefings, and documentation that support broader organizational goals and informed leadership decisions.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Science, or Mathematics and ten (10) years of related work experience with five (5) years of relevant construction management experience, with at least 2 years of those in leadership positions.\nOR\nEducation may be substituted for 20+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years of those in leadership positions.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nMust be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust clearance (HSPD-12 fingerprint background check).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPentagon Washington Headquarters Services experience is highly sought after.\nPrevious military construction experience highly sought after.\nStrong background in MS Excel, Power BI, and project analytics.\nFamiliarity with Kahua, Procore, or similar portfolio/project tracking tools.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands required of this position described here are of those that must be met by the selected employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job daily.
