Customer Planning Manager

Job Description: Increase sales efficiency through strategic insightsDevelop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecastsMaintaining accurate promotional planning and spending information across planning toolsWork with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocationAnalyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risksEffectively communicate strategies and priorities to field teams and 3rd party merchandising partnersProvide necessary customer support functions to ensure optimal sales and revenue to be realizedOversee the input and management of promotional plans in customer portalsEnsure accurate item set up in retail customer systems including specs and contentRequirements: 5+ years of customer planning and/or retailer account management experience within the CPG industryRequired experience working directly with Walmart at the headquarters levelStrong ability to build compelling presentations, analyze data, and deliver insights to leadership teamsProficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools) and experience with Walmart new item setup processesDemonstrated holistic sales acumen aligned to strategic business goals, including:Leveraging data to drive insights and storytellingDeveloping both primary and contingency strategies to deliver resultsBenefits: Bonus
