Join us.A Day In The LifeIn the position of QC Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming Quality Control (QC) data into insightful, actionable visualizations and dashboards. Collaborate with QC managers to gather requirements, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop user-friendly visual tools that enable managers to quickly identify trends, bottlenecks, variation, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately leading to faster decision-making and improvedquality compliance.The Impact You'll Make->> Extract, clean and analyze datasets from all QC areas to design, build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance metrics.>> Lead or support continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining QC processes, and utilize visualizations andstatistical analysis to pinpoint process inefficiencies.>> Generate regular trend reports for management review, highlighting risks, improvement opportunities, and progresstoward goals.>> Provide data-driven support for deviation investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).>> Serve as key user and subject matter expert (SME) for the SAP system including end-user training, troubleshooting,data management, and process support and improvement.>> Architect and maintain Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows) solution to eliminate manual data entryWho You ArePrefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Quality ManagementAdditional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, standard quality control operationsAdditional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in testing protocols, trend analysis, compilation of laboratory test dataComputer Skills Desired: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft Fabric. Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate.Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary rate of $70,304 to $105,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
