This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized retail environment, stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and assisting with other general store operations. This position does not involve pharmacy technician duties or prescription processing.\nResponsibilities\nGreet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service\nOperate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions\nAssist customers by answering questions, locating products, etc.\nStock shelves and maintain attractive product displays\nMonitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing merchandise\nCheck product expiration dates and remove expired or damaged items\nMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store\nPerform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, cleaning, dusting, and organizing work areas\nSupport other front-store operations as needed\nPreferred Experience\nPrior customer service or retail experience\nCash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience\nExperience stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory\nExperience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, or grocery retail setting is a plus, but not required\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrevious retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nDependable, organized, and detail-oriented\nComfortable working independently and as part of a team\nBasic computer and cash handling skills and point-of-sale (POS) system experience preferred\nAbility to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods\nSchedule\nPart-time\nFlexible schedule\nWhat We Offer\nFriendly, supportive work environment\nFlexible part-time schedule\nOpportunity to make a positive impact in a community-focused pharmacy\nWhy Join Our Team?\nAt our pharmacy, every team member contributes to creating a positive experience for our customers.
