You'll be joining a team that supports our client's growing brand and creative expression. This team is responsible for creating memorable and engaging brand design, visuals, campaigns, and messaging across our marketing, product, and internal & external culture.\r\nThis individual also needs to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account, balance daily team support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans.\r\nThis will be a 3 month fixed term contract with possible opportunity to extend or become permanent.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nPlanning & Project Management Support\r\nDefine, drive, and evangelize eCommerce timelines and requirements for new projects, ensuring the web development lifecycle is communicated and incorporated into broader project plans.\r\nSupport road mapping & prioritization of eComm initiatives, managing requirements and leading projects to ensure all stakeholders are aligned, ensuring on-time and on budget delivery.\r\nProvide day-to-day project management support for eComm initiatives, coordinating across teams to keep creative, engineering, and external agencies aligned and on track.\r\nIntake & Process Implementation\r\nSupport the marketing intake process for net-new requests, ensuring briefs are complete, timelines are realistic, and requests are routed to the right partners.\r\nAct as a champion for process adoption, helping team members understand established systems and tools as defined by Marketing Operations leadership, including templates, workflows, and best practices.\r\nPartner closely with the Senior Program Manager, Creative Operations Manager, and Integrated Marketing Managers to elevate stakeholder feedback and highlight opportunities to increase quality and efficiency.\r\nCreative Oversight and Stewardship\r\nPartner closely with internal and external creative partners to translate requirements, document specs, and support overall creative processes.\r\nWork closely with our creative and product design teams to ensure all digital outputs are brand-consistent and optimized for eComm conversion.\r\nLead documentation and playbooking efforts for eComm initiatives to ensure learnings are carried over across campaigns and elevated effectively to Creative partners and leadership.\r\nKnowledge, Skills + Experience\r\nHighly organized: Able to manage details, timelines, and dependencies across complex projects.\r\nCollaborative: Enjoys working cross-functionally and supporting teammates to achieve shared goals.\r\nStrong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex project details into concise, actionable updates for project teams.\r\nProcess-minded: Comfortable enforcing processes, enabling teams within established workflows, and continuously optimizing processes and facilitating feedback loops.\r\nAdaptable: Thrives in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and international stakeholders.\r\n5-7 years of proven experience in project management, with a significant portion specifically supporting an DTC eComm team.\r\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects with an emphasis on global eComm.\r\nExperience with various project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms.\r\nExperience in a tech company or fast-paced, hypergrowth environment is strongly preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, creative asset management).\r\nRetail experience is a plus, as this role may evolve into a broader Consumer Experience scope encompassing both Ecomm and Retail.\r\nCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a strong
