Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Technical LeadershipDefine and own the Salesforce technical roadmap across Sales, Service, and Experience CloudsDesign scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for complex enterprise environmentsLead architecture for high-volume data processing and complex business logicProvide deep technical guidance leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilitiesEstablish best practices, design standards, and governance modelsIntegration & Platform StrategyOwn the end-to-end integration strategy across Salesforce and external systemsDesign and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecturesEnsure seamless data flow, system interoperability, and performance optimizationFunctional OwnershipAct as the functional owner and product visionary for the Retail Execution applicationSupport key use cases:Store visits & field sales executionPromotions and merchandisingAssortment and inventory visibilityOrder capture and fulfillmentKPI tracking and analyticsTranslate retail business strategy into scalable Salesforce solutionsEnsure alignment between frontline execution (mobile users) and backend Salesforce systemsBusiness & Stakeholder AlignmentPartner with business leaders to define functional roadmap and platform visionDrive requirement clarity while ensuring alignment with architecture standardsOwn end-to-end functional scope across mobile and platform capabilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholdersRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in Salesforce, with significant Architect-level experienceStrong expertise in:Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience CloudApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)Integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven design)Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and technical roadmap planningExperience designing solutions for high-volume transaction systemsStrong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimizationExperience in Retail / CPG / Field Sales Execution is highly preferredPreferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as:Application Architect / System Architect / CTA (preferred)Experience with mobile-first Salesforce solutionsExposure to Retail Execution platforms or industry-specific solutionsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
