You’ll balance technical problem-solving, project leadership, and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and every program presents a new challenge.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the execution of complex composite manufacturing projects, managing schedules, resources, priorities, and deliverables.\nDrive programs from initial planning through production and final delivery, ensuring customer, technical, schedule, quality, and budget requirements are achieved.\nServe as a key technical and program interface with customers, providing regular communication and helping resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.\nPartner closely with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and keep programs moving forward.\nCollaborate across design engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, tooling, and materials to support successful program execution.\nApply engineering judgment and critical thinking to identify risks, solve problems, and develop practical solutions.\nSupport design for manufacturability (DFM), prototype hardware fabrication, testing, and process development.\nIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, repeatability, quality, and overall program performance.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re looking for a hands-on, adaptable engineer who enjoys taking ownership and working across disciplines. The strongest candidates will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating directly with customers, and solving technical challenges in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience with composite manufacturing, aerospace or satellite structures, DFM, tooling, prototype fabrication, or hardware testing is especially valuable.
