Must have at least 3 years of experience with applications development. Must have a firm understanding of databases (MSSQL Server preferred) and Windows operating systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Background must demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within a detailed environment while working on multiple projects at the same time.
