Remote Call Center / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, assist customers with inquiries, and provide solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
