interpret blueprints and production drawings.Capable of planning cost-effective work procedures compatible with quality requirements.Effective communication, instructional, and leadership skills for directing a production team.Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).Strong problem-solving ability and capability of multi-tasking.Knowledge of USCG, regulatory,
