This role oversees the company’s financial operations, including the development of financial plans and policies, management of accounting practices, and preparation of detailed financial analyses of operations. The CFO is responsible for producing interim and year-end financial statements with supporting schedules to provide leadership with clear insights for strategic decision-making.\nThe CFO also manages relationships with lending institutions and the broader financial community while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial reports. In collaboration with internal teams and industry partners—including general contractors, designers, and end users—the CFO supports the successful delivery of projects by aligning financial oversight with operational execution, from initial scope and vendor coordination through final delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead all areas of financial management, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audits, and internal controls.\nEnsure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial close processes while maintaining compliance with GAAP reporting standards.\nPresent financial results, key performance indicators, and risk assessments to executive leadership and company ownership.\nDevelop and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets, with particular focus on inventory, work-in-progress, and project-based billing.\nPrepare and provide financial reports and supporting documentation for lenders, external accounting firms, and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, and local levels.
