Warehouse Personnel
SALARY: $26.80 per hour
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, Start Time 5:00am - 7:00am PDT
ROLE SUMMARY

If this sounds like you, then a career with Anheuser-Busch could be a great option for your next career step. Warehouse Personnel are a critical part of the Anheuser-Brew supply chain. As a Warehouse employee, you are responsible for ensuring the correct product is loaded onto the truck. You validate the load is built correctly, protect the product, and ensure employee safety. You have all the resources needed to fulfill the aspects of your job, including detailed pick lists and the Vocollect picking system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately build palletized loads from computer-generated load sheets
Load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks
Ensure loaded product meets Anheuser-Brew standards
Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase warehouse efficiencies and manage key performance indicators
Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance
Assist in meeting Logistics Safety/Environmental compliance
Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, walkie rider, forklift, etc.) as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid Driver's License and safe driving record
Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36°–Temperature outside)
Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)
Working knowledge of Anheuser-Brew product portfolio
Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience preferred
Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred
