This highly visible role serves as a strategic resource to client leadership by strengthening business processes, supporting executive communications, developing training and guidance, and enhancing the administration of complex research programs.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDevelop and update educational materials, policy guidance, and procedural documentation.\r\nEdit and review internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.\r\nServe as a liaison between stakeholders and maintain and update program-related website content in support of centralized communications efforts.\r\nCollect, analyze, and summarize data to develop recommendations and briefings for client leadership.\r\nPrepare summary reports, training materials, presentations, and other communications related to program activities, operations, and policies.\r\nProvide high-level guidance and support on policies, business rules, processes, systems, roles, and responsibilities across program operations.\r\nDevelop and deliver training for staff on organizational policies, procedures, business processes, stakeholder engagement, timelines, and operational requirements.\r\nDocument business processes and best practices to support continuity of operations, knowledge management, and staff training.\r\nAssist leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing executive meetings, advisory councils, and other high-profile engagements with internal and external stakeholders.\r\nReview funding opportunities, strategic initiatives, policy updates, and organizational guidance to assess potential program impacts.\r\nMonitor changes to applicable policies, regulations, and guidance to ensure program compliance and recommend process improvements as needed.\r\nParticipate in program, project, and staff meetings, providing updates and recommendations to support organizational objectives.\r\nDevelop, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), desk guides, internal guidance, and other process documentation supporting program administration and business operations.\r\nPrepare responses to requests for information from executive leadership, oversight organizations, funding agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, strengthen business processes, and support strategic initiatives.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
