This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in fast paced environments, excels at coordinating multiple trades, and has a deep understanding of electrical systems supporting refrigeration and temperature controlled facilities.\n\nAs a key member of our field leadership team, you will oversee electrical operations from mobilization through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nManage and oversee all field electrical activities on cold storage, refrigeration, and tilt-wall projects.\nCoordinate electrical subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility providers.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, manpower forecasts, and daily work plans.\nEnsure installation complies with project specifications, NEC requirements, local codes, and safety regulations.\nCollaborate with Project Managers, MEP Managers, and General Superintendents to drive project success.\nLead electrical rough in, underground, gear installation, controls integration, startup, testing, and commissioning activities.\nCoordinate power requirements for refrigeration systems, ammonia systems, blast freezers, evaporators, condensers, and warehouse automation systems.\nConduct regular quality inspections and proactively resolve field issues.\nManage RFIs, field reports, pull planning sessions, and coordination meetings.\nPromote and enforce a strong safety culture on every project site.\nAssist with project turnover, punch lists, and owner training activities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n5+ years of electrical superintendent or electrical field leadership experience.\nProven experience on cold storage, refrigerated distribution, food processing, freezer warehouse, or large industrial projects.\nExperience managing electrical scopes on tilt-wall construction projects a plus\nStrong understanding of:\nMedium and low-voltage power distribution\nRefrigeration system power requirements\nBuilding automation and controls systems\nGenerator and backup power systems\nFire alarm and life safety systems\nNEC standards and construction best practices\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination models.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to travel extensively and work on projects throughout the United States.\n\nBenefits\n\nHourly $45-$50 + OT\nPer Diem: $2,600 Monthly\nAll travel expenses paid for including monthly flights home\n100% Employee Medical, Dental and Vision paid for by company\nGenerous PTO\nTruck, Cell Phone and Gas Card provided\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
