This position is ideal for a rising leader who is passionate about housing justice, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a team-oriented and client-centered approach to their work.\r\nClinic Supervision and Program Leadership (50%)\r\nProvide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to Right to Counsel Coordinators (RTCCs), Senior RTCCs, clinic volunteers, interns, and triage staff\r\nIn collaboration with program leadership, recruit, onboard, train, and support clinic staff, ensuring consistent application of clinic procedures, intake standards, and referral protocols.\r\nOversee clinic scheduling, workflow, and coverage to ensure timely and equitable access to services for tenants.\r\nProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management, including regular check-ins and participation in formal performance review processes.\r\nApprove RTCC timesheets and ensure accurate tracking of staff time in accordance with organizational and funder requirements.\r\nServe as a point of escalation for complex client, staff, or operational issues in the clinic.\r\nRight to Counsel and Pro Per Assistance (35%)\r\nProvide pro per legal assistance to unrepresented tenants in unlawful detainer matters, including first responses, stays of execution, and other emergency filings, to prevent default judgments and sheriff lockouts.\r\nOversee and support RTCC and Sr. RTCC provision of pro per assistance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to clinic protocols.\r\nCoordinate Tenant Right to Counsel referrals by applying referral protocols, initiating conflict checks with Legal Services Organizations (LSOs), and ensuring smooth handoff of cases.\r\nUse sound judgment to triage cases and determine appropriate levels of assistance or referral.\r\nAssist RTCC and Sr. RTCCs as needed on the delivery of client services.\r\nAdministrative, Data, and Cross-Program Coordination (15%)\r\nEnsure timely and accurate data entry to support program evaluation, grant compliance, and outcomes reporting.\r\nCollaborate with program leadership to maintain and improve databases and tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar), balancing efficiency with data integrity.\r\nProvide training to clinic staff on data entry standards, documentation requirements, and reporting expectations.\r\nMonitor the TRC referral system to confirm proof of representation and track referral outcomes.\r\nAttend weekly program meetings, monthly agency-wide meetings, and relevant leadership or supervision meetings.\r\nSupport clinic related administrative functions, including:\r\nOffice signage and client facing communications\r\nMaintenance of files and required documentation for volunteers and special projects\r\nCoordination of outreach and education related to Right to Counsel services\r\nCommunication on office closures or service changes to clients and community partners\r\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of EDC's mission.\r\nMinimum qualifications:\r\nDemonstrated experience providing direct services in a legal services, housing, or social justice setting.\r\nExperience supervising or leading staff in a high-volume, client facing environment, including responsibility for scheduling, workflow coordination, and performance management\r\nStrong understanding of trauma informed, culturally responsive service delivery.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
