Monitor TFB Member Portal, mobile devices, and tablet registration to ensure excellent member experience when shopping for Section and Division courses, retreats, events, CDs, DVDs, books, online, and downloadable aftermarket products. Maintain the necessary skills and knowledge base in Salesforce integration with Informz for marketing campaigns and automatic delivery of course books and surveys. Generate and provide Salesforce reports, as needed.\nOther duties, as assigned.\nKnowledge:\nProfessional Development Department office and administrative procedures and practices\nCorrect spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage\nFiscal practices\nAdobe Acrobat\nSkills:\nMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)\nWorking with databases\nCLE Program Related Databases\nTyping\nMaking paper and electronic documents ADA compliant\nEffective and timely communications\nAdministering meetings, programs, seminars, retreats\nAbilities:\nPrioritize and organize activities and work\nCoordinate multifaceted projects within set guidelines\nPay attention to detail\nManage records\nDraft, proofread, revise, and edit\nCreate ADA compliant forms and documents using Adobe\nInterpret TFB policies and procedures\nLearn the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar\nCommunicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with consumers, members of the bar, staff, and judiciary\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with others within the department and throughout TFB\nTactfully manage difficult situations\nManage and maintain a high level of confidentiality\nUse discretion and independent judgment\nDemonstrate self-motivation and direction and operate well under pressure\nConsistently provide an excellent service-oriented attitude\nWork TFB hours\nWork under time constraints\nAccept assignment and work independently\nTravel\nHandle stress and constant change\nSit for long periods of time\nHear and converse over the telephone\nKey/work frequently on a computer.\nLift 5 to 10 lbs.\n\nPlease notify HR, in advance, if you need reasonable accommodations to participate in the employment process.\nEOE.
