Execute complex investigations, analyze and interpret large datasets\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate investigative processes.\n\nScale investigation capabilities by building and improving operational workflows and actions to auto-resolve false positives and provide context, scaling investigation capabilities.\n\nImplement effective strategies to prevent and disrupt abuse at scale.\n\nSynthesize investigative findings and articulate complex and technical information for diverse internal audiences.\n\nEnsure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)\n\nDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our software products and their features to effectively assist developers.\n\nExecute a white glove approach to customer interactions demonstrating genuine desire to resolve issues effectively and rapidly\n\nProvide feedback to internal teams for training purposes and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.\n\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS\n\nYour skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
