The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including staging products and components for kitting, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall workflow of the warehouse. This is an onsite position in Warrington, PA.\nRole Description:\nReceive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect items for damage.\nOrganize stock in the most efficient way.\nOrganizing, Packing / unpacking trade show crates and returning inventory to stock where applicable\nWrap pallets and place them on trucks for delivery.\nReceiving of RMAs - verifying, inspection and returning to stock where applicable\nMaintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.\nOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.\nKeeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.\nLearns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.\nStage products and materials for production or distribution according to schedules.\nRestock picking area for continuous workflow.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.\nPrint and apply labels to products or packages as required.\nAssist in fulfilling customer orders by picking, packing, and staging products for shipment.\nAdhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.\nCollaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and communication.\nOther duties assigned by management.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nProven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a material handling role.
