This position will evaluate discrepant hardware, develop practical repair concepts, prepare technical substantiation, and produce complete repair documentation.Key Responsibilities: Experience supporting aerostructures non-conformance disposition, repair design, discrepant hardware evaluation, repair concept development, technical substantiation, and repair documentation. Hands-on experience in repair design using CATIA V5 and GD&T for metallic and/or composite aerostructures. Experience with engineering release/change control and repair substantiation. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams to develop and implement repair solutions. Strong preference for Repair Engineers with hands-on shop-floor experience supporting aircraft primary and/or secondary structures. Experience working on Primary Structures, including fuselage, wings, empennage (tail section), nacelles, and flight-control structures. Experience working on Secondary Structures, including fairings, fillets, cowlings, doors, winglets, leading edges, and other secondary structural components.
