Job Description Join Litehouse as an Industrial Electrician!Location: LowellShift: 1st ShiftWe're looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to keep our operations running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll work with 480VAC 3-phase, 120V AC, and low voltage DC systems , diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that keeps our production moving. If you have the technical expertise, safety-first mindset, and a passion for precision work, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems to ensure efficient and continuous operationAssemble, install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand, power, and precision measuring toolsInspect electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with codes and regulationsIdentify and correct malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand toolsConnect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components according to codes and safety standardsFollow all safety regulations and use required PPE at all timesKeep accurate maintenance records and report hazards or equipment issues promptlyBe available for 12-hour day/night shifts, weekends, call-outs, and overtime as neededWhat We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent (required)Completion of a formal apprenticeship or vocational training in industrial electrical work (required)Journeyman electrician license and compliance with state/local electrical regulations (required upon hire)4+ years of industrial electrical experience, or a combination of technical training and experienceStrong knowledge of 480VAC 3-phase, 120V AC, and low voltage DC systemsProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instrumentsCommitment to safety protocols and PPE complianceStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdditional electrical or safety certifications (preferred)Great People Deserve Great Benefits!401(k) + 401(k) MatchingDental, Health, Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off + Additional Personal DayBiweekly pay8 Paid HolidaysPaid sick time after 6 monthsShift DifferentialCareer advancement opportunities and recognition programsReady to power up your career?
