They operate advanced equipment to manufacture high quality boat parts. Machining is a highly mechanical, hands-on, production process.\n\nOUTCOMES:\n\nResponsible for multi-tasking, running multiple parts on several CNC machines and keeping machines running at a high pace\nLoad raw aluminum parts and fixture them down to pallets using hand tools\nCommunicate needs for stock material in a timely manner to our Fabrication department\nMeet production goals according to the engineering schedule\nComprehend drawings and job instructions to verify client specifications\nWork to develop skills and learn all parts of the machining process (set-up, tooling changes, etc.)\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\n\nCultural\n\nFulfillment at work most often occurs when personal values align with those of the organization.
