Come join our team!\nZantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to provide overall contractor program management and supervision, as well as contract performance, cost and schedule compliance for an upcoming onsite role at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.\nThis Program Manager role will organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities, interface with government personnel and ensure conformance to work standards.\nResponsibilities include, but will not be limited to:\nOrganize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities\nInterface with government personnel\nFormulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards\nInterpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates\nRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:\n14 years experience managing government programs ( with 1 year supervisory)\nGovernment program management\nContract administration\nProject feasibility studies\nRequired Certifications/Education:\nBachelor's degree\nMaster's degree preferred\nPMP certification (allows substitution to 10 years experience)\nRequired Security Clearance:\nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.\n“Outstanding Performance…Always!”\nOur corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
