Lead Paint Supervisor

We are working with a custom millwork manufacturer based in the Southeast that specializes in high-quality doors, moulding, and cabinetry for high-end luxury residential and commercial projects. They are part of a larger building products group and are known for craftsmanship, service, and a strong team-oriented culture.What You'll Do• Lead and manage all finishing operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and productivity• Train and oversee painters/finishers while maintaining high workmanship standards• Execute and supervise surface prep, color matching, and application of paints, stains, and coatings• Coordinate production schedules, troubleshoot defects, and ensure deadlines are metWhat You'll Need• 5+ years of finishing experience in millwork, cabinetry, or door production• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience• Strong expertise in finishing techniques with a keen eye for color and quality
