Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nDevelops / executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.\nUtilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.\nDemonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.\nSuccessfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.\nComprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nA minimum of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science\nMinimum One (1) year of related experience is required.\nAn equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.\nOther Qualifications:\nN/A\nPhysical Requirements:\nN/A\nTravel Requirements:\nN/A\nThis document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.\nWe are pleased to provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities or special requirements.
