This role manages major construction and infrastructure projects, including the paste plant, while leading business improvement and asset management initiatives to support long-term operational success.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nPlan, manage, and execute multiple construction and infrastructure projects, including contractor oversight, schedules, budgets, and safety performance.\nLead the paste plant project from construction through commissioning and support long-term reliability and performance.\nDevelop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, environmental permits, and company policies.\nCoordinate with mine operations, processing, engineering, and maintenance teams to align project delivery with production objectives.\nTrack project performance and provide regular status, risk, and financial reporting to senior leadership.\nLead capital, startup, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects supporting operational readiness.\nSupport asset management initiatives including lifecycle planning and capital replacement strategies.\nPromote a safety-first culture and support the goal of Zero Harm.\nPosition Requirements\nMinimum of 5+ years of project management experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial environments.\nProven experience managing large-scale construction and mining infrastructure projects.\nStrong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.\nExperience supporting startup, commissioning, and ramp-up of industrial operations.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with asset management systems and ERP or business management systems.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work at an active mine and construction site with exposure to uneven terrain, weather conditions, noise, and dust.\nAbility to walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders, and access industrial and underground environments.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment for extended periods.\nAbility to occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds.\nWillingness to travel on-site and to off-site meetings or vendor locations as required.\nJoin Our Team!\nIf you are interested, APPLY TODAY!
