As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll deliver world-class technology support to everyone at Figure with a focus on exceptional service. You will provide technical support in person, over the phone, Slack, and email for computer software, hardware, and network issues in order to maintain efficient business operations.What You’ll DoPerform research and troubleshoot issues related to software, end-user computers (both Windows and MacOS based), as well as cloud hosted services and systemsComplete set-ups for new hires and desk movesTraining staff on new technology and assisting with deploymentSolicit feedback from users and leadership in order to identify opportunities to improve service levels and satisfactionSupport in-office and remote users with a variety of technology and software solutionsWhat We Look For3+ years of technical support experienceAbility to work in office 3 days a week, on a rotating nights and weekends scheduleExperience troubleshooting common Microsoft and Apple platform softwareStrong problem solver who takes ownership over resolutionAbility to prioritize work with minimal supervisionFriendly, concise, and professional communicationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentFlexible schedule (possible evenings, weekends, on-call, or overtime) This role is NOT remote**SalaryBase Compensation Range: $21.15/hr-$26.44/hr25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly Company equity in the form of RSUsThis is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs.
