We're seeking a mission-driven, technology-forward Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our telehealth team in New Mexico. This is more than a clinical role; it's a leadership opportunity. As a BCBA at Frontera, you'll lead and mentor RBTs with intention, ensuring high-quality implementation and meaningful professional development.ResponsibilitiesConducting behavior or functional analytic assessment processDeveloping case supervision and clinical managementDeveloping and implementing an ABA treatment planConsulting with registered behavior technicians (RBTs) regarding client/family concernsSelecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for the age and ability of the person servedIncluding the client/family in setting treatment goals and training families on specific treatment strategies and carry-over skills for the client/familyGiving clear concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapyRecording and tracking daily progress for client/family accuratelyUtilizing time in session efficiently to meet objectivesProviding accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or familyPlanning for discharge of the person servedGeneral RequirementsGeneral knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior AnalysisServices and/or knowledge of Autism Spectrum DisorderManagerial experienceProficient computer skills in Excel, database management, and record keepingEffective oral and written communicationExcellent interpersonal and coaching skillsEvidence of practicing a high level of confidentialityExcellent organizational skillsCompleting stage two assessmentsCompleting other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceBCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certificationMaster's degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior AnalysisTwo or more years of experience working with a pediatric populationTwo or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses, the development and implementation of functional behavior plans, as well as the ongoing oversight and monitoring of the implementation and adjustments to such programsMemberships to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations highly recommendedAt least 1 year of telehealth supervision experienceLocated in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or COAbility to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MTBenefitsOpportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in pediatric healthcareWork on challenging and impactful projects that leverage cutting-edge AI/ML technologiesCollaborate with a talented and passionate team in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentMake a real difference in the lives of children and families in rural communitiesFull-time and part-time opportunities availableCompetitive salary and benefits packageHiring RestrictionsAt this time we are not able to hire candidates in CA, WA, OR, NY, PA, NJ, MA, CT, IL, VA, MD, or MN.J-18808-Ljbffr
