Our ideal candidate prioritizes their personal and professional development, is confident in their ability to be successful, and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the office every day.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain constant communication with management, staff, vendors, customers, and test labs to ensure proper operations of Microchip USA\nMaintain areas of order processing and logistics to ensure the finalized sale of integrated circuits and semiconductors in support of Microchip USA's strategic and operational objectives\nEnsure operational activities remain on time\nReview daily shipment log\nAccurately input orders\nEnsure the accuracy of orders and report discrepancies\nQualifications:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish\nExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills\nProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products\nKnowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions\nUnderstanding of how to position products against competitors\nThis is a full-time position. The job is in-office, in-person only. Reliable transportation to the office is required. Our working hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Tampa.
