Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.\n\nIf you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environments\nAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results\nEnsure compliance with contract and security standards\nContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance\nDesign, develop, deliver, and operate solutions to hard cryptologic computer science problems within a scientific framework.\nThe solutions may arise in the forms of forensics and attack attribution, protection of critical networks, active systems warnings and indicators, active penetration into target systems, knowledge discovery of passive and active systems, or other cryptologic computer science mission support.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph\nMaster's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.\nBachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.\nAssociates degree with 10 years of relevant experience.\nDegree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least one programming and at least 4 upper-level math classes (Calculus and above).\nExperience supporting government or DoD programs\nAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nRelevant experience must be in a computer science area (i.e. theoretical or applied), simulation/model development, designing/developing/using/evaluating mathematic models, methods, and/or techniques (e.g. algorithm or development) computation science, algorithm analysis and design, reverse engineering, and/or designing/developing computer and information systems, including engineering hardware and/or software.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nRelevant certifications (Security+, CASP+, CISSP, etc.)\nAgile, cloud, or modernization experience\nBackground in process improvement or analytical services\n\nCompensationBenefits\n\nThe projected salary range for this position is $171,000-$190,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.\n\nAt WeeghmanBriggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
