All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.\nPromotes Company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.\nMonitors and tracks job site construction equipment.\nOversight for all inbound warehouse deliveries.\nMonitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.\nReceives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary.\nOperates forklift and other construction equipment as required, ensuring that safety standards are followed.\nConducts regular visual inspections of equipment location.\nRecords purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual inventory received and stock count to computer-generated reports.\nProcesses and documents returns as required following established procedures.\nPicks inventory items and coordinates materials shipments bound to client sites.\nVerifies the accuracy of deliveries and materials handling and storage in accordance to contractual obligations and governmental requirements.\nKeeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns.\nEnsures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.\nPerforms special projects as assigned.\nTravel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or GED\n2+ years’ logistics/general office management/support experience.\nExperience working on a construction job site.\nExperience operating/driving a forklift, company vehicles and other construction equipment.\nValid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 consecutive years with a clear driving record.\nStrong leadership, communication, influencing and collaborative skills.\nAbility to reconcile stock counts to report data and manage database.\nAbility to receive, stock, and /or deliver goods.\nKnowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.\nDemonstrated professional demeanor and communications with customers, field team, vendors and management.\n Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with deadlines.\nStrong incident investigation, root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.\nEasily adapt to changing situations, work-flow and deadlines.\nAble to respond to situations in a positive manner and provide good customer service skills.\nStrong administrate and organizational skills.\nMust have a good command of the English language in order to provide effective phone, desk-side, and email support.\nProficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.\n Able to work independently and as a team player.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive pay\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\nBICSI training facilities\nA supportive and inclusive work environment\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off and holidays\nWork Environment and Physical Demands:\n\nThe standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
