We are looking for someone who knows their way around equipment, can work independently, and understands that snow removal means being ready to work when the weather hits.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOperate skid steers, loaders, and other snow-removal equipment\nClear snow from commercial parking lots, drives, walkways, and other properties\nLoad, push, pile, and relocate snow as needed\nAssist with salting and general snow-removal operations\nPerform basic equipment inspections before and during shifts\nCommunicate with supervisors and other crew members during snow events\nFollow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines\nHelp keep equipment clean, fueled, and ready for the next storm\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience operating loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment required\nExperience with commercial snow removal preferred\nAbility to operate equipment safely in winter conditions\nDependable and willing to work overnight, early morning, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when needed\nAbility to respond when called for a snow event\nGood communication and ability to work as part of a team\nValid driver's license preferred\nMust be able to work outdoors in cold, snow, and other winter conditions\nThis Job Is a Good Fit If You...\nKnow how to operate equipment without needing constant supervision\nTake pride in doing a clean, professional job\nUnderstand that snow doesn't care what time it is\nAre dependable when the weather gets bad\nWant seasonal work with a professional landscaping company\nSchedule\n\nSnow removal is weather-dependent.
