ownership records.\n\nAnalyze title documents, deeds, leases, assignments, probate records, and title opinions to determine ownership interests.\nMaintain and update ownership records for producing oil and gas properties.\nProcess ownership changes resulting from acquisitions, divestitures, probate, conveyances, and other title-related transactions.\nCalculate and verify ownership interests for the company, working interest partners, overriding royalty owners, and royalty owners.\nResearch and resolve ownership discrepancies and title issues affecting revenue distribution.\nEnsure accurate distribution of oil and gas proceeds and proper allocation of well expenses.\nCollaborate with Land, Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve ownership questions and maintain accurate records.\nMaintain compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nProvide support for audits, special projects, and ownership-related inquiries as needed\n\nDivision Order experience in the oil and gas industry.\nStrong knowledge of oil and gas ownership concepts, including working interest (WI), net revenue interest (NRI), royalty interest (RI), overriding royalty interest (ORRI), and mineral ownership.\nExperience interpreting and analyzing title opinions, deeds, leases, assignments, probate documents, and other ownership-related legal documents.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, Accounting, Finance, Petroleum Land Management, or a related field preferred.\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required.\nMust meet conditional job offer requirements including background check and drug test (hair
