OSS Data Referral Partner / Commission Remote Sales Rep (Remote/Field)The Opportunity:OSS Data is expanding across Florida and is looking for motivated sales professionals to join as Referral Partners or Authorized Resellers. This is a commission-based, flexible role with a clear path to grow into a Territory Manager position.If you already have relationships with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels, or retail businesses—or you’re confident you can build them—this is a strong opportunity to earn meaningful commissions while keeping control of your schedule.What You’ll Do:1. Identify and approach qualified local businesses (restaurants, bars, hospitality, retail)2. Introduce OSS Data solutions and generate referrals/leads3. Coordinate with OSS Data to schedule demos and move opportunities forward4. Help close deals and support handoff to our implementation team5. (Growth path) Build and lead a local team as your territory expandsCompensation:· Commission-only (no cap)· Upfront bonuses available· Earn up to $1,000 per sale· Work your own hours, on your own terms (part-time friendly with the ability to scale)Why This Role Converts:· Strong product suite: POS, liquor control, payments, menu boards, and more· Support from an experienced team for setup, deployment, and ongoing service· Room to grow into a Territory Manager role· Potential for OSS Data to invest in a local brick-and-mortar office as the territory proves outWho We’re Looking For:· Sales-driven, self-motivated professionals who can work independently· Experience selling to hospitality/retail is a plus (POS, payments, tech, services)· Strong communication and relationship-building skills· Comfortable prospecting and following up· Based in Florida (or strong Florida market coverage)Ideal Backgrounds (Nice to Have):· POS sales, merchant services, liquor control, restaurant tech, or B2B field sales· Existing book of business in hospitality· Referral-based sales experienceAbout OSS Data:OSS Data is an award-winning B2B technology provider serving hospitality and retail businesses.
