Ensures system requirements comply with client specifications and government standards while coordinating cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nExperience and Qualifications:\nTo be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:\nRequired Education and Years of Experience:\n6 Years of experience in Systems Engineering roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.\nA Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.\nRequired Qualifications:\nTS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph\nStrong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies\nExperience with requirements management and verification processes\nKnowledge of government standards and compliance requirements\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nProficiency in systems engineering tools and documentation practices\nWillingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work\nDesired Qualifications:\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Oracle Solaris Administrator, IBM AIX Administrator)\nExperience with virtualization technologies\nKnowledge of ITIL framework and best practices\nExperience with configuration management tools\n\nTelework/Remote Availability: Telework/Remote work currently not authorized\nWork Location(s): Washington, DC or Reston, VA\n\nSummary Pay Range:\nPlease note that the information shown below is a general guideline only.
