Teacher Position (2026-2027 School Year) Davidson Charter Academy (DCA) is a tuition-free K-8 public charter school committed to providing an innovative and rigorous academic program that prepares students for success. Davidson Charter Academy is seeking passionate and qualified Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a commitment to student growth and achievement, and the ability to create engaging, effective lessons aligned to North Carolina state standards. Qualifications and Requirements The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.NC Educator's License or eligibility to obtain one.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Ability to plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction.Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.Dedication to student success and continuous professional growth.
