You’ll work across multiple projects, collaborating with designers, project managers, and back-end developers to deliver fast, accessible, production-ready experiences in a modern front-end environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain modern React + Next.js front-end implementations across multiple projects\nTranslate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible UI components\nOwn front-end features from requirements to implementation to QA to release\nIntegrate with backend services and APIs while handling real-world edge cases\nOptimize performance using proper Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR)\nContribute to front-end standards, patterns, and code reviews for projects\nParticipate in planning, estimation, and technical discovery for projects\n\nRequired Experience:\n5+ years of professional JavaScript / TypeScript\n4+ years building React applications\n2+ years working on Next.js projects\nStrong understanding of:\nNext.js App Router & Page Router\nRendering strategies (SSR / SSG / ISR / CSR)\nClient vs server components & hydration\nPerformance optimization & bundle size management\nExperience building accessible, responsive UI\nComfortable working with REST / GraphQL APIs\nExperience with modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules, BEM, or similar)\nGit-based workflows, pull requests, code reviews\n\nNice to Haves:\nExperience working in headless CMS environments (Sitecore AI/XM Cloud or similar)\nExposure to A/B testing, middleware, or edge functions\nFamiliarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines\nPrior agency or customer-facing project experience\n\nAmericaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills.
