They will ensure to pack the optimum number of quality packages of product; Check that products are dated and sealed in accordance with all safety, SOPs and cGMP guidelines and procedures.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSet-up and manage machines to perform at the desired, pre-established specifications.\nEnsure machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.\nOversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.\nProvides direction to other line members and ensures smooth operation.\nResponsible for completing Packaging Filling Records.\nVisually inspect labels for defects and run samples.\nRecord all machine actions by completing production logs.\nProduce High Quality finished goods (At All Times)\nMaintain a clean and safe work area.\nEscalates quality, service, and equipment performance issues to supervision.\nPerform all other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor which may become necessary to support departmental/organizational objectives.\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh School degree or GED, desired.\nPrior working knowledge in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred.\nBasic math and command of English reading and writing.\nFluent in English and Spanish desired.\nMust be able to safely operate the machine for the intended purpose.\nMust be able to keep up with the line speed of machinery.\nFlexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, and/or working overtime during high demand.\nUnderstand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined procedures, safety rules and SOPs.\nAbility to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment.\nAbility to work as part of a team and follow directions.\nAttention to details.\nWillingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed to support production schedules.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nAbility to frequently lift 50 lbs./move heavy objects.\nConstant manual dexterity use.\nRequired to stand for long period of time.\n\nWork Environment:\n\nWork is performed in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment.\nExposure to varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.\nRegular exposure to moving mechanical equipment, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.\nNoise levels are typically moderate to high; hearing protection may be required in certain areas.\nPersonal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes must be worn as required.\nWork pace may be fast with frequent deadlines and shifting priorities.\n\nShift A Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm (3 Positions)\n\nShift B Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am (3 Positions)\n\nShift C Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm (3 Positions, 34.5/hrs.)\n\nShift D Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6pm-6am(3 Positions, 34.5/hrs.)\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nAt Radienz Living, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality personal wipes products trusted by leading brands.
