That’s why our family of brands helps customers create products and capture moments that reflect who they uniquely are.\n\nReporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the Learning Program Manager will support the enterprise-wide, comprehensive skill development strategy that is designed to grow, support, engage and retain employees. This role will focus on supporting and executing learning and development programs such as LinkedIn Learning, DiSC, Onboarding, 360 feedback program, internal mentorship program, while also providing support across broader L&D and talent development functions. The ideal candidate will be a wizard with organization and project management, forward thinking, and have a passion for helping teams and individuals grow through impactful learning solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Leadership:\nLead and manage the LinkedIn Learning program strategy, including a pilot/testing phase across various populations.\nBuild an ongoing relationship and partnership with LinkedIn learning vendor.\nDefine and outline metrics for success, helping e-staff leaders and HRBPs understand utilization within their specific areas of the business.\nCreate and promote LinkedIn Learning campaigns (example: learnings of the month), in partnership with our communications teams.\nOversee the launch and implementation of Phase 1 of the company's new Onboarding program, ensuring it is ready for a Q1 rollout.\nAssess the current state of onboarding across Shutterfly, in partnership with key stakeholders.\nDefine and propose onboarding 2.0 enhancements, defining universal topics and their respective learning paths, ready for pilot launch in Q1 2025.\nLead the ‘Time to Fly’ program, ensuring proper training and facilitation for all employees who support this process.\nSupport and execute the DiSC program strategy, ensuring effective project management and communication.\nManage the catalyst platform, including credit utilization and assessment launches.\nCraft communication for participants, including initial DiSC introduction and respective follow-up communications, in partnership with HRBPs.\nEnsure assessments are done in a timely manner for results to be incorporated into DiSC facilitation materials.\nProvide support for broader Learning & Development and Talent initiatives.\n\nAnalysis and recommendations regarding refined or new programs such as 360 feedback, internal mentorship, etc.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships within HR/Talent Management team to ensure alignment, buy-in, and successful execution of learning and development programs.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with talent development or employee growth programs.\nAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.\nStrong organization and execution skills, including effective program management.\nProven ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth business, preferably consumer related.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\nSupporting a diverse and inclusive workforce is important to Shutterfly not only because it directly reflects our value of Embracing our Differences, but also because it’s the right thing to do for our business and for our people.
