This is a full-time, in-person position.Key ResponsibilitiesWork and communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, consultants, and owner representativesExecute inspections with trade partners to oversee checklist accuracy before and after inspectionEnsure documentation is completed and work is installed to a high standard of quality per project documentsReview installations and mockups with the owner, client, and architectUnderstand all quality processes, procedures, expectations, and utilize tools to ensure project successRead and understand construction plans and specifications, identifying errors or redundancies for resolutionProvide leadership and take ownership of trade management for yourself and other QA/QC EngineersOversee the quality team and support documentation and office-based responsibilities to meet construction schedule and QA/QC programsEngage in submittal review process ahead of installation to identify quality concerns and improve assuranceCoordinate resolution for systems/tools, data entry, tracking tools, completion lists, punch lists, NCRs, deficiency logs, and other designated softwareParticipate in trade pre-installation meetings to verify understanding of QC requirements before work beginsQualificationsRequired:3–5 years of management or field construction-focused experience on projects similar in nature, size, and extentBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent combination of training and experienceProficient in MS-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, SmartSheetProficient with QA/QC systems, platforms, and technologies for tracking, metrics, and reportingElectrical experienceHolder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.
