The ideal individual will have a good understanding of the project control’s function and will be primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the construction schedule.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAbility to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.\nDevelops good working relationships with project team.\nImplement project planning & scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.\nPromote and maintain the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite of project schedules.\nProvide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance.\nSupport the project team in the implementation of an integrated enterprise based cross functional and EPC master schedule program.\nPreparing staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.\nPerform critical path analysis.\nPerform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.\nMinimum 3-5 years of applicable experience\nExperience in the development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis.\nExperience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.\nStrong communication skills.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe salary range for this full-time role is $120K-$150K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
