Confers with other state DOTs, FHWA, LTRC, and Contractors to collaborate and assess options.\nAssists with administrative matters such as budget, personnel, and organization. Serves as technical expert and advisor for numerous job-related committees, such as L TRC Research and AASHTO.\nServes as technical lead and software administrator over operations regarding specialized statewide Construction and Materials Management software applications.\nCommunicates regularly with external clients hosting applications or providing other services related to construction and materials.\n\nPosition-Specific Details:\n\nCompensation: This position has a Special Entrance Rate (SER) - $3,481.60/biweekly.
